Wedding Couples
How many reservations can be made at one go?
There is no limit on the number of reservations. Please note that once reservations are accepted by the car owners, the couple will have 7 days to arrange for the payment before the reservation is expired and released.
Do we need to pay extra for parking, petrol and ERP charges?
How many destinations are included?
Maximum of 4 destinations for 3 – 4 hours packages and 5 destinations for packages that are at least 5 hours. The 1st destination would be counted from the 1st place of set-off. Additional destination chargeable at $50 each.
I have already made the booking. How do I contact the car owner?
A WhatsApp chat group would be set up by admin to facilitate discussion of schedules at least 2 weeks before the actual wedding date.
Does the package include the time needed for bridal car decoration?
All the packages include 1 hour of complimentary drive down for bridal car decoration at a mutually agreed time on the day before the actual rental. Most of our car owners hold a regular job and will need to make advance arrangement for the decoration. Excess time would be chargeable at $50 per hour.
What if I exceed the package hours on the actual day?
Excess rental is charged by 1 hour block and according to the rates listed in the wheels listing.
What mode of payment is available?
Currently we only accept Paynow. More modes to be added in future.
Can we cancel the booking after payment is made?
You can cancel the booking and get the refund (net of 5% administrative charge) at least 14 days from the rental date. Please contact admin for such cancellation request.
Car Owners
Is there any specific requirement to be part of the Wheels Fleet?
We welcome all car owners to join our fleet as long as they are at least 23 years old and hold a valid Singapore driving license. Drivers on probation are not applicable.
Does SG Bridal Wheels control the rates charged by the car owners?
Are parking, petrol and ERP charges reimbursable?
When do I receive the earnings for the rental?
How much is your referral fee?
Is there any specific dress code?
Smart Casual would be good enough. Strictly no slippers, bermudas and shorts.
Do I need to drive my own car?
We will recommend the car to be driven by the car owner who is most familiar with the operations of the car. Should you require a driver to drive your car instead, we can also make arrangement for that at a certain hourly rate. Do ensure your car insurance covers third party drivers as well.
